The City councillor usually attends these meetings. The meetings are open to all, and you are welcome to attend.

Meetings are on the first Monday of each month (unless a holiday, when it will be the Tuesday following) at 7:30pm. They are held at the Hunt Club/Riverside Community Centre, 3320 Paul Anka Drive.

A membership fee of $3.00 per year is used to give grants to worthy community activities such as maintaining outdoor rinks for skating, support for community planning activities and community sports.
