The objectives of the HCRCC are:

Maintain and improve the residential character, environment, and quality
of life in Hunt Club.

Promote the interests of Hunt Club residents.

Represent the concerns of Hunt Club to all levels of government.
Purpose /\
The Hunt Club Riverside Community Centre (HCRCC) is operated by the Hunt
Club Riverside Recreation Association (HCRRA), a voluntary, not-for-profit,
community-based organization. It is the purpose ofthe HCRRA to provide
quality recreational opportunities and leadership to its members and the
local residents with the financial assistance of the City
of Ottawa.
Hours and Location /\
The Centre is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday,
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. The Centre will
be closed 1 Sep (Labour Day) and 13 Oct (Thanksgiving).
The Centre is located on the corner of Paul Anka Dr. and McCarthy Rd
(see map). Bus routes (see
OC Transpo
schedules) that pass by the Centre are #41, 46, 87, and 146.
Cancellations/Refunds /\
Satisfaction guaranteed: If we've done it wrong, we'll lmake it right;
if you're not satisfied, we'll refund your money; if you're not happy,
let us know. Pro-rated refunds will gladly be given. We regret that some
programs may be cancelled due to insufficient registration. In that case,
full refunds will be made by mail or may be picked up at the Centre. There
will be a $6.00 administration charge on all refund requests.
Registration /\
Registration in person or by phone begins Wed, 27 Aug, at 9:00 a.m. To
register by phone, you must use MasterCard or VISA. When calling by phone,
please have your name, phone number, MasterCard or VISA number and expiry
date ready.
Payment /\
We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash, or cheque (made payable to the HCRRA).
Fees are payable at the time of registration. There is a $15.00 charge
for NSF cheques. Where applicable, GST has been included. Seniors (60+)
are entitled to a 15% discount.
Rent a Room /\
Small meeting rooms and our main hall/gymnasium are available to rent for
associations and private parties (some commercial ventures allowed). Call
Jan at 521-1392 for bookings or information.
Memberships /\
Memberships to one of the three community associations is required in order
to register for all Centre activities. Memberships to your association
of choice can be purchased at the Centre for $3.00 per family per year.
